Since 2008, the Oakland County HR Learning & Development team has offered training to our neighboring Cities, Villages, and Townships at minimal cost to promote intergovernmental collaboration. We are now expanding these offerings to include the Oakland County Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’s DEI training courses.

DEI training can assist organizations in creating a more inclusive, equitable and accessible environment for both employees and constituents. We offer in-person and virtual instructor-led courses for both individual contributors and leaders across a variety of DEI related topics. We encourage you to explore these offerings and consider the ways you and your organization can take advantage of the employee development opportunities we offer.

You can view our current course offerings here.

Current rates for course offerings:

  • Half-day sessions $90
  • Full-day sessions $125
