Dedicated to financial empowerment and community service, Ashley Chambers transforms traditional banking relationships into community partnerships.
As the vice president of Business Development at Chief Financial Credit Union in Rochester, Chambers combines financial expertise with genuine compassion whether she’s mentoring students at Oakland University, coordinating community projects or developing financial education programs.
In addition to helping businesses navigate Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications during the COVID-19 pandemic, Chambers also launched the community spaces at the credit union’s Troy and Rochester branches, providing free meeting and event spaces to local businesses and non-profits.
She also serves on the Boards of Directors at the Rochester Community Schools Foundation, the Oakland University Alumni Association and On the Wings of Angels, which helps empower individuals affected by domestic abuse. Bowman has received numerous awards, including: MichBusiness Shooting Star; Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce Tomorrow Twenty; Corp! Magazine Most Valuable Young Professional; and Outstanding Alumni Volunteer from Oakland University.
A resident of Shelby Township, Chambers received a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University.
