Bill Pulte is the Managing Partner at Pulte Capital Partners LLC, a private equity fund investing in building products companies. He has been successfully leveraging his family's name recognition (PulteGroup Inc.) and utilizing their expertise in the housing industry to make acquisitions and investments to create enormous returns.

Not shy to business risks and entrepreneurial endeavors, Bill was actively pursing opportunities through out college at Northwestern University. Following his passion for aviation, he received his helicopter pilot's license and started an aerial photography company. He also started working at Huron capital Partners LLC during college, and after college he took his first job at Penske Capital.

Bill is also the founder of the Detroit Blight Authority, with a focus on tearing down vacant homes and clearing away blight in Detroit. His first project is slated to start in 2013.
